Boardwalk Complex
One of our signature venues, the Boardwalk Complex provides a grand setting with vaulted ceilings, rustic rafters, ambient lighting, and natural materials throughout. Wander through our Foyer areas, with its rustic furniture, opening out into the Boardwalk Garden and the Auditorium.
The Auditorium is perfect for medium-to-large conferences and events with a concert-grade setup. The Foyer areas are ideal for breakouts or dining, with their beautiful original polished wood floors and modern comfortable sofas that bring an easy elegance to this space.
From each space, a series of large double doors lead guests out into the incredible Boardwalk Garden where outstanding landscaping inspires creativity for intimate events such as weddings, parties, or simply a relaxing morning or afternoon tea.

This cleverly designed, tranquil space has a large covered area that can be used as undercover dining. Boardwalk platforms that are perfect for musicians and a rustic gazebo overlooking the bush and river.

The Pillars
As soon as you arrive at The Pillars you are greeted with striking architecture and rustic timber and stonework that leads you past our intimate courtyard and and into a designer conference room. This venue has state-of-the-art multimedia facilities, superior lighting, air-conditioning and heating systems all set in a beautiful contemporary space.
With a seating capacity of 150 guests, The Pillars has been designed as a multi-purpose venue, suitable for any function — from high profile conferences, to awards ceremonies and training sessions.

Courtyard Garden
The Pillars adjoins a private courtyard with guest seating, rustic open fireplace and surrounding native garden. This space can be used as an outdoor ceremony space for small weddings or as an extension to The Pillars — fantastic for outdoor parties.
Kowhai Rooms 1 & 2
The Kowhai Rooms offer a versatile and modern conferencing space, ideal for seminars, board meetings, training sessions and/or private dining. Featuring two adjoining seminar rooms with exposed native Rimu rafters, abundant natural light and a clean contemporary feel, the Kowhai Rooms provide a professional yet welcoming environment for your next event.
Kowhai Room 1 can accommodate anywhere from 16 guests in a U-shape configuration up to 54 guests’ cabaret style, while Kowhai Room 2 is permanently set in a comfortable boardroom style layout with seating for up to 16 guests. Both rooms feature modern sound and audio-visual capabilities, adjustable sunshade and block-out blinds, spacious individual bathrooms, tea and coffee facilities, and catering service options.
The rooms can be booked individually or together, offering flexibility for a wide range of events. When combined, many groups choose to conference in one room while using the adjoining room as a breakout or dining space. Alternatively, the rooms can operate independently for separate groups at the same time, thanks to their individual entrances.

A large meeting hall which is split into two adjacent spaces. Each space can be set up be utilised separately and in a variety of styles to suit your requirements. The larger of the two rooms has a projector and screen, and the smaller room is ideal for morning and afternoon teas.
